Session Rates
FREE — 15-Minute Initial Consultation
An opportunity to ask questions, discuss your concerns, and explore whether my services are a good fit for your family.
$150 — 50-Minute Individual Therapy Session
Virtual counseling sessions tailored to your child's or teen's individual needs and therapeutic goals.
Between-Session Consultations
Sometimes parents and teens feel most supported when they know they can reach out between regularly scheduled appointments.
I understand that questions and challenges don't always arise conveniently during therapy sessions! When appropriate, I'm happy to provide additional consultation and support outside of our scheduled time together.
These consultations may include parent/therapist phone calls, communication with teachers, Guardian ad Litem (GAL) consultations, or coordination with other professionals involved in your child's care, with appropriate authorization.
Consultation Rate: $30 per 15 minutes
Consultation time is rounded to the nearest 15-minute interval. Fees for additional consultations will be discussed as appropriate.
Insurance Coverage
I'm happy to accept several insurance plans to help make therapy more accessible for families.

Coverage varies depending on your specific insurance plan, including deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and the services covered.
I encourage families to verify their mental health and telehealth benefits before beginning services.
Out-of-Network Benefits
Not seeing your insurance company listed? You may still have options!
Some insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that provide partial reimbursement for services received from providers outside their network.
If you have out-of-network benefits and choose to use them, I can provide a detailed receipt or superbill, when appropriate, for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Reimbursement is determined by your insurance provider and is not guaranteed, so I recommend checking your benefits before scheduling.
Payment Information
A debit or credit card is required to be kept securely on file and will be charged on the day services are provided for any applicable fees or patient responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens! Kids get sick, schedules change, and unexpected situations arise.
Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, I ask that you provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments missed or canceled with less than 24-hour notice are subject to the following fees:
First occurrence: $40
Subsequent occurrences: Full session rate of $150
Exceptions are made for illness or genuine emergencies.
Thank you for understanding that advance notice helps me manage appointment availability and provide consistent care to the families I serve.
Reduced-Fee Appointments
I believe financial circumstances shouldn't automatically prevent families from seeking support.
I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee appointments for individuals and families experiencing financial hardship.
Availability is limited, and eligibility is determined individually. Please reach out if you'd like to discuss whether a reduced-fee appointment may be available.
Good Faith Estimates
If you do not have health insurance or choose not to use your insurance benefits, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for your healthcare services under the federal No Surprises Act.
A written estimate is provided with our consent documentation package in accordance with applicable requirements and is also available upon request.
Step Up For Students Scholarship
I'm pleased to be an approved provider with Step Up For Students for Florida's Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA), previously known as the Gardiner Scholarship.
This scholarship helps eligible Florida families access educational resources and approved specialized services that support their children's individual needs.
If your child receives FES-UA scholarship funding, eligible counseling services may qualify for payment through the program, subject to its requirements.
